These Terms govern your access to and use of our website, the Video Studio, video generation tools, user accounts, and credit pack purchases. By accessing the website, registering an account, purchasing credits, or submitting a photograph for video generation, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and our DMCA & Copyright Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Service description and disclaimer of affiliation

Bulin 47 AI provides an AI-powered visual synthesis tool that transforms a single user-uploaded photograph into a 9:16 vertical short video clip, animating the subject into the viral street freestyle dembow performance (the viral Madrid restaurant doorway scene featuring Dominican artist Bulin 47 and Colombian rapper Kevin Wai, "Dame Hombro").

Important non-affiliation and parody disclaimer: Bulin 47 AI is an independent generative entertainment and parody tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to Bulin 47 (Hancel Teodoro Vargas Reynoso), Kevin Wai, YOR RS, their management, record labels, or any copyright owners of the original street freestyle footage or sound recording. All trademarks, artist names, song titles, and media clips referenced on this website are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely for descriptive, comparative, and cultural identification purposes.

3. Eligibility and account security

To use Bulin 47 AI, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent required in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the European Union).
• If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, obtain permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
• Provide accurate account information and maintain the confidentiality of your sign-in credentials.

You are solely responsible for all activities and credit purchases conducted through your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately via support@bulin47-ai.net or submit an account support ticket.

4. User photos, permissions, and likeness rights

When you upload a photograph to the Video Studio:

1. Ownership and representations: You retain all intellectual property rights in the original photographs you upload. You represent and warrant that you own the photograph or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, and explicit consent from any recognizable person depicted in the photograph to process their likeness through generative AI models.
2. Strict prohibition on unauthorized likenesses: You must never upload photographs of other individuals without their express consent, photographs of minors without verified parental/guardian permission, or photographs of celebrities and public figures for deceptive impersonation, defamation, or fraudulent purposes.
3. Limited license to operate: You grant Bulin 47 AI a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited license to process, resize, transmit, and temporarily store your uploaded photograph and resulting videos solely for the technical purpose of executing your requested video generation, displaying your generation history in My Videos, and providing customer support. We will never use your personal uploaded photos in our public marketing without your explicit written authorization.

5. Generated videos, audio tracks, and publication rules

• AI output characteristics: AI video generation involves stochastic rendering. While our pipeline strives for high likeness fidelity and choreography preservation, AI outputs may exhibit visual artifacts, variations in lighting, or imperfect lip synchronization. We do not guarantee photorealistic perfection or viral reach on social media.
• Audio and dembow beat: Generated videos include a dembow rhythm and freestyle audio track inspired by the viral moment by default. Purchasing credits pays strictly for AI compute rendering time and does not grant or transfer any copyright ownership, commercial synchronization license, or master rights to the underlying musical composition or sound recording.
• Publication and platform compliance: Users are free to share their generated videos on personal social media accounts (such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and X). You are solely responsible for ensuring that your publication adheres to platform community guidelines, copyright restrictions, and applicable synthetic media disclosure policies (such as tagging content as "AI-generated").
• Commercial use limitation: Videos are provided primarily for personal entertainment, commentary, parody, and transformative expression. Any commercial exploitation of the resulting media is done entirely at your own legal risk with respect to third-party rights holders.

6. Acceptable use and prohibited content

You agree not to use Bulin 47 AI to:

• Create non-consensual sexual, intimate, or pornographic imagery (deepfakes).
• Create content involving child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or the exploitation of minors in any form.
• Generate defamatory, libelous, hateful, racially discriminatory, or harassing content targeting any individual or group.
• Impersonate real individuals, law enforcement, or public officials to deceive, defraud, or mislead the public.
• Upload content that infringes upon any third party's copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, or publicity rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, probe, or disrupt our backend infrastructure, API endpoints, or AI compute pipelines.
• Circumvent or manipulate credit billing systems, promo codes, or account usage limits.

Violations of this section will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of unused credits without refund, and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.

7. Credit packs and payment terms

• One-time credit packs: Bulin 47 AI operates on a pay-as-you-go credit system. Credit packs are one-time purchases (e.g., $9.90 for 100 credits, $19.90 for 300 credits, $29.90 for 500 credits). There are no recurring subscriptions, no hidden fees, and no automatic renewals.
• Perpetual validity: Purchased credits never expire as long as your account remains in good standing.
• Credit deduction: Starting a video generation deducts the displayed number of credits from your balance based on the selected resolution and quality tier. Generating another video, even with the same photograph, constitutes a new compute job and will incur a separate credit charge.
• Free promotional credits: We may grant promotional credits (such as initial credits upon signup or referral bonuses). Promotional credits are non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may be subject to specific promotional terms.

8. Generation failures and refunds

• Automatic credit refunds on failed tasks: If a generation request fails due to an upstream AI provider timeout, server error, or pipeline malfunction, the credits consumed by that specific job will be automatically and immediately refunded to your account balance.
• Delivered credit packs: Credit packs are digital services delivered immediately upon purchase. Once credits have been credited to your account and consumed, payments are non-refundable except as specified in our Refund Policy or mandated by consumer protection statutes.
• Subjective dissatisfaction: Subjective disliking of an AI-generated aesthetic result does not constitute a technical failure and is not eligible for a monetary refund.

9. Storage, availability, and retention

• No permanent archive: My Videos allows you to review your generation history and download your completed MP4 videos. However, Bulin 47 AI is not a permanent cloud storage service. CDN media links and temporary cloud assets may expire after 30 to 60 days. You are strongly advised to download and save your completed videos to your local storage immediately.
• Service availability: While we strive for high uptime, generation processing depends on third-party GPU clusters, cloud networks, and maintenance windows. We do not warrant that the Service will be completely uninterrupted or error-free.

10. Termination and suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and restrict access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent payment activity, or violate our acceptable use standards.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@bulin47-ai.net. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

11. Disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability

Disclaimer of warranties: The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bulin 47 AI, its operators, affiliates, directors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or reputation resulting from:

1. Your use of or inability to use the Service;
2. Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
3. Any third-party claims arising from your publication of generated content or unauthorized use of third-party likenesses or music.

In all cases, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount actually paid by you to Bulin 47 AI in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.

12. Modifications, governing law, and dispute resolution

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When revisions are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
